We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item is not what you ordered

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Customized or personalized orders

📸 Return Process

The customers can return the product within 5-7 working days

    Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Send Proof:
    Share clear photos or video showing the damage or issue.
  3. Approval & Instructions:
    Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. Return Shipping:
    You must send the item back using a trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

💰 Refund Policy

  • The refund will be credited to customers account within 7-10 working days through original payment method
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged product.
